By accessing or using our website, or by booking any service through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and the Site owner, Deepika Bhawsar. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.
Instraveler provides travel-related services including:
Pilgrimage and Yatra packages (Avanti Yatra, Omkar Yatra, etc.)
Hotel and homestay booking
Vehicle and cab rentals
Food arrangements during trips
Temple darshan, pooja, and anushthan bookings
All our services are offered subject to availability and specific terms of our travel partners.
Bookings can be made through our website or directly at our office.
To confirm a booking, you must provide accurate personal and travel details.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified) is received and you get a confirmation message/email from Instraveler.
In case of incomplete or incorrect information, Instraveler reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking.
All payments made through our website are processed via secure, verified payment gateways.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other authorized digital methods.
Instraveler does not store or have access to your payment credentials.
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
If a payment fails but is deducted from your account, please contact us at instraveler10@gmail.com with proof of transaction — we’ll coordinate with our payment provider to resolve it.
Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Package prices cover only what is mentioned in the itinerary or inclusions list.
Any additional requests (special poojas, personal expenses, tips, or room upgrades) will be charged separately.
Instraveler reserves the right to change prices at any time due to changes in fuel costs, taxes, or third-party rates. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by such changes.
We understand that travel plans can change, so here’s our simple cancellation policy:
Cancellation 7 days or more before travel date: 80% refund of total booking amount.
Cancellation within 3–6 days: 50% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of travel: No refund.
No-show (not reporting on travel date): No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Please note that temple pooja tickets, bhog bookings, or other special permissions are non-refundable once confirmed, as they are governed by temple authorities.
You may request a reschedule (change of date or package) by contacting us at least 3 days before your travel date.
Approval depends on package availability and partner terms. Additional charges may apply.
To ensure a smooth spiritual journey, travelers are expected to:
Carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN, Passport, etc.).
Follow dress codes and temple rules wherever applicable.
Respect local customs and fellow travelers.
Be punctual at designated reporting points for travel and pooja schedules.
Instraveler will not be responsible for missed darshans, meals, or vehicle departures caused by late arrival or non-compliance.
We aim to provide safe, organized, and spiritually fulfilling journeys.
However, please note that Instraveler acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, drivers, temples, etc.). We are not liable for:
Delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, or political unrest.
Personal loss, injury, or theft during travel.
Decisions made by temple authorities regarding entry, rituals, or timings.
That said, our team will always do its best to assist you and minimize inconvenience.
Instraveler strongly recommends that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as health issues, cancellations, or accidents.
We can guide you toward suitable insurance options if requested.
By using our website, you agree not to:
Misuse, hack, or disrupt the site’s functionality.
Copy or distribute any content, images, or materials without permission.
Submit false or misleading information.
Any misuse may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
All website content — including text, logos, images, and branding — is the property of Instraveler and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Instraveler and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from:
Errors or omissions on the website
Cancellations by third-party vendors
Technical issues or server downtime
Acts beyond our control (force majeure)
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
